Owners Denis Keane and Adrian McCarthy have opened an Irish pub—albeit one that spans 6,000 square feet, with a mini waterfall, bottle service and a VIP room. Celebrity mixologist George Delgado crafted the cocktail menu; chef John Donnely has created an adventurous menu of tuna-tartare tacos, smoked salmon and potato knishes, and more. There’s no cover fee—but there are $6 pints of beer, so a line might develop soon.
