We would have guessed football, golf or even fishing, which is the recreational activity at the center of this tepid romantic comedy. Alas, no; according to the movie, man’s favorite sport is actually the cat-and-mouse games played by amorous men and hard-to-get women. Let’s just say that Rock Hudson and Paula Prentiss are no Cary Grant and Katharine Hepburn, respectively.
