The buffet spans countries such as India, Kenya, Korea and the Cayman Islands, with dishes such as Carolina rum cake with spiced butter from Bobwhite Lunch and Supper Counter, soy-glazed hamachi crudo from Vella Wine Bar and kimchi-and-kabocha-squash salad from Louro. Sips are sourced locally and range from honey whiskey by Catskill Provisions to Port Morris Distillery's Yacht Club cocktail, a Puerto Rican moonshine margarita.
