Take a bite of Venezuela with meat-and-cheese arepas from local favorite Caracas, or land in the Far East with sambal-slapped crispy pork belly crostini from Red Star Brooklyn. Drink options are similarly well-traveled, with beers from Brooklyn Brewery and small-batch Fire Cider from Massachusetts joining more far-flung pours like wine from Morocco’s famed Les Celliers De Meknès and Domaine Ouled Thaleb.
