In between enjoying food stations and handpicked wines from the Spire Collection, watch as the toques churn out creative plates like butternut-squash macarons, lamb meatballs doused in ancho-chile mole and banana-leaf–wrapped sea bass to impress a judges' panel that features Shaun Hergatt of Juni and Eli Kaimeh of Per Se.
