Benefiting Heritage Radio Network and Fourth Arts Block, this fourth annual tasting extravaganza will feature eats from 25 restaurants, such as short-rib polenta from L’Apicio, sesame beef jerky with smoked chili sauce from Khe-Yo and Shake Shack’s bourbon-and-pumpkin-pie frozen custard. Wines of Portugal, Greenhook Ginsmiths and Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. will provide booze, while by-day food-industry professionals will moonlight as the live entertainment, including the brass-blaring waiters that make up jazz outfit the Hot Sardines.
