Sip bubbly and suck down New Jersey–sourced oysters from Parsons Seafood, as eight amateur chefs whip up slurpworthy shooter combos for a panel of judges. The winners will snatch up prizes such as Village Fishmonger butchering classes, a home-delivered shellfish platter and tickets to Camp Runamok, a bartending summer camp in Kentucky.
