Spice NYC's Nikki Hill celebrated her organization's fourth birthday with an appropriately sexy bash at cavernous downtown events space Capitale. Nightlife luminaries mixed it up with party girls (and boys) while moving to tunes provided by DJs including Roxy Cottontail (who also performed).
