Following a period of severe health issues, the masterful piano storyteller Fred Hersch has been on a tear during the last couple years, issuing a stream of collaborations with pianist Benoît Delbecq, guitarist Julian Lage, trumpeter Ralph Alessi and others. Here, through Feb 23, Hersch returns to his beloved trio format, leading his long-running combo with bassist John Hébert and drummer Eric McPherson. From Feb 25 through 27, the pianist takes the stage solo.
