Time Out says

Lincoln Center Out of Doors. This daylong celebration of Irish-American music and culture opens at 2pm with a matinee bill of poets, storytellers and musicians, and continues at 5pm with buskers and painters. The event reaches its climax from 6pm onward, starting with a mix of traditional sounds like those preserved by Alan Lomax, as played by Cherish the Ladies and Lianne Smith, and culminating in a rowdy Irish-rock rave-up driven by local Irish soulman Joe Hurley.
