Lo-fi Maryland sad sacks Teen Suicide, whose snotty snarl and occasionally synthed-up sound has echoes of Wavves’s blowout fuzz at its most somber mellow, recently reformed to release their (ostensibly) final album, It’s the Big Joyous Celebration, Let’s Stir the Honeypot. The difficult-to-digest double release is as lengthy as its title, but it’s endlessly captivating and vividly emotive throughout nonetheless. Run For Cover Records labelmates Elvis Depressedly and doll-obsessed, gun-collecting singer-songwriter Dollanganger set
