West Village Bar Crawl
It's been two decades since the West Village was the NYC gayborhood (though Rockbar and Stonewall have been doing a great job of removing Christopher Street's depressing reputation). But there are still plenty of homo botes with cheap booze around here, and tonight they'll be (more) infested (than usual) with bears! Neil D'Bear Thornton hosts this showcase for humorous fur balls. Ukulele-toting comic Ben Lerman—whose self-deprecating humor will make you feel awkward in a good way—headlines. Hop aboard the Star of Palm Beach yacht for this revival of UBW mastermind Robert Valin's Truck Stop bash. Snaxx DJ Gustavo spins for a gaggle of sure-to-be shirtless men on the Hudson. The NY Bear Fair
Thousands of guys (and surely some ladies) will cram into the Meatpacking District for this street fair featuring food, contests, vendors and more. If you meet the bear of your dreams, the High Line is right there for a romantic stroll. Part of the proceeds go to the Center.
