Opened by vets of the Knitting Factory, this gargantuan, 9,000-square-foot spot in Bushwick houses a performance stage and a bar extensively stocked with craft beer. The 100-seat drinkery serves pub grub, including Schaller & Weber sausages, hot dogs, Sigmund’s Pretzels and Belgian fries. Eclectic booking—ranging from metal to hip-hop—and a nicely cavernous industrial-Bushwick vibe make the Wick worth visiting.
