Taking inspiration from Andrew “Bo” Young III, the menu highlights Creole flavors with dishes like Florida red-snapper crudo with pequin pepper, pickled chanterelles, crispy okra and herbs. Jeremy Strawn (Mulberry Project) mans the cocktail menu behind a zinc-topped bar.
