Beef is the word here, as it has been since 1938. Go for the hot roast beef sandwich: thin slices piled high on a kaiser roll and bathed in flavorful juices. For a cholesterol tsunami, add a side of cheese fries. The squat wooden landmark is dominated by a Revolutionary War motif; the take-out window is dominated by beast-seeking patrons (and their motorcycles) until well past midnight.
