This new Cobble Hill patty joint boasts primo ingredients, like Paisanos grass-fed beef and Bell & Evans chicken. The Trademark (a griddled beef burger, cheddar, horseradish-chive aioli, tomato, Portuguese muffin) won The Brooklyn Paper's 2009 Burger Bash, but 11 other signature combos are also available, plus hot wings and salads.
