A samba band fuels the frenzy at this stately but ultimately chaotic restaurant. Grab a potent caipirinha off the drink cart and head for the salad bar crammed with octopus, quail eggs, hearts of palm, sushi—almost everything but greens. Just remember, the main course is yet to come. Servers swing by with endless streams of meats—sausages, lamb, prime rib and more. There’s flan for dessert, but if you still have room for it, you’re doing something wrong.
