The West Village gains another seasonal, all-day bistro from small-plates authority Georges Forgeois, of Café Noir and Bar Tabac. Heading up the kitchen is chef Rebecca Weitzman, bringing along her European influences from time spent in the kitchens of 'inoteca and Thistle Hill Tavern. Booze bigwig Dushan Zaric (owner of Employees Only) supplies the cocktail menu with riffs on classics.
