Warning: Diners consuming all they can at this Queens rodizio are going to be treated to frequent waiter choruses of “Feliz Aniversário” (the windowed area at the front of the 500-seat meat emporium is quieter). The appetizer bar sags under tropical soups, a colorful display of exotic salads and brasileiro specialties like garlic-speckled chicken and farofa, fried yuca flour. The main event is a parade of skewered proteins: sirloin, rib eye, roast beef, pork, duck, rabbit, fennel-seeded sausage and chicken. Moist suckling pig and planked salmon make the rounds on carts, and you’ll want seconds of juicy skirt steak and bacon-wrapped turkey.
