Time Out says

A lazy summer night is the perfect time to claim one of the outdoor tables at Horus, light up a hookah and admire the greenery of the nearby community garden through a haze of fruit-scented smoke. If that idea holds no appeal, then this campy Egyptian lounge (complete with welcoming statues of the god after which it is named) may not be for you, because it’s more about the scene than the food. Apricot and strawberry smoke waft along the sidewalk and fill the interior, where friends huddle over lacquered tree-trunk tables. Most diners sample the standard Mediterranean spread (the moist falafel being the lone standout), but they’re really here to chat, giggle and watch the belly dancer.
