New York chocolatier Jacques Torres branches out to ice cream with this store adjacent to his Brooklyn confectionery. The flavors are largely inspired by his chocolate collection: Rum Caramel Swirl plays off his Liquid Caramel bonbon, while the Wicked Chocolate ice cream uses the same Mexican spices as his Wicked Hot Chocolate.
