Southern Park Slope’s recent restaurant boom includes this by-the-books sushi joint, the sibling of a Japanese eatery just six blocks away. Though familiar fish populates most of the menu, the lineup of specialty rolls includes the “Brooklyn,” stuffed with shrimp tempura and asparagus and topped with caviar and mayonnaise.
