The wholly unique thin-crust pies offered at this unremarkable Court Street storefront come in two forms: the “Brooklyn Classic” (square slices with a bubbly crust) or charcoal-grilled. The latter pie, with superthin, lightly charred, chewy crusts, warrants the most attention.
