Time Out says

You can almost hear Jay-Z and Alicia Keys's anthem at this New York State–inspired tavern, from the team behind Village Pourhouse and SideBar. The rustic, 72-seat space—featuring butcher-block tables and subway tiles—focuses on the Empire State's food and drink specialties. Twenty draft lines dispense locally brewed beers, including Defiant, Fire Island and Keegan. A comfort-food menu showcases regional favorites, like buffalo wings, Fire Island chili and Coney Island fries. Plus nightly themes offer a city-by-city tour with specials like Capital Night Mondays (Albany pizza sticks with blue cheese) and Route 81 Wednesdays (Binghamton grilled meat sandwiches known as spiedies, Syracuse salt-boiled potatoes).
