Devoted downtown juicers can add this pulpy FiDi spot to their cadre of fresh-squeeze hangouts. Certified health coach Jil Larsen teamed up with chef Lawrence Todd (Earth Matters) for the raw grab-and-go concept, peddling plant-based fare. On the menu is cauliflower “rice” topped with shiitake mushrooms, fresh juices, and superfood smoothies packed with good-for-you ingredients like spinach, kale and ginger. But not everything is au naturel in this teal-tinged 10-seater: Orders for the hand-squeezed organic sips are rung up on iPads.
