Eric Kayser expands his global boulangerie chain—encompassing more than 100 locations from Senegal to Singapore—with a second NYC location. This Flatiron bakery-café features the same menu as the Third Avenue location. Along with Kayser's sourdough baguettes, chocolate éclairs and apricot-pistachio tarts, the 64-seat spot also features a grab-and-go station, offering sandwiches and a juice bar.
