The arrival of this shop specializing in Cambodian num pang sandwiches, from chef-owner Ratha Chau (Kampuchea Noodle Bar), should be proof enough of New York’s sandwich craze. The cousins to Vietnamese banh mi come in varieties like hoisin-veal meatball in a baguette with chili mayo and pickled vegetables.
