The Palestinian-American family behind F Line Bagels, which was sold after a copyright tussle with the MTA, brings back its signature za'atar bagels at this Prospect Heights diner. In addition to classic breakfast offerings, the new place offers an old-timey menu (egg creams, milk shakes) and retro decor (a white marble counter, vintage wood ceiling fans and a steel-and-crystal chandelier). But you'll also find more contemporary eats, including panini, a breakfast hero stuffed with steak and eggs, and waffle-and-ice-cream sandwiches.
