Bangkok-born Pichet Ong, best known for his Southeast Asian–influenced sweets, takes on both sides of the menu at this glossy white Thai restaurant. Expect savory dishes like beef short ribs with green curry and lemongrass chicken wings. Ong takes a more creative approach to desserts, which include Thai coffee affogato and tamarind cheesecake.
