The owners of Chocolate Bar and their pastry-chef partner have opened this snug bakery and café in Red Hook. You can load up on homestyle American sweets like fruit pies, brownies, cupcakes and red-velvet cake. A liquor license is in the works, so for now you can indulge in espresso, egg creams and malteds instead.
