With her brother, Ace (Spot Dessert Bar, Obao), Luck Watanasuparp has opened this unusual restaurant, where Thai small plates like yellow curry chicken are matched with a 44-bottle international wine list, including spice-friendly Alsatian gewürtztraminer, and an earthy primitivo from Puglia.
