Frank Prisinzano (Supper, Frank) opens an Italian small-plates restaurant, retail shop and cooking classroom hybrid on the Lower East Side. Pick up a meal from the takeout window or cruise the shop for homemade pastas, sauces and sausage made by an in-house butcher. Diners can nibble on small plates, like meatballs or ravioli, and wash them down with a Moretti.
