The owner was very rude when we experienced a problem and did not resolve our problem. The staff can be rude and much of the waitstaff is inexperienced and don't seem to care that much. The staff antagonized and argued with us even after we were ready to let it go when we were unable to use a gift card on a weekend - even though no where did it state any restrictions. We tried to pay our bill and leave but person after person came to the table, not to resolve our problem or apologize, but to antagonize us further and name call. Caught them talking about me when I went to the bar. They didn't have the decency to wait until we left.
Service is a problem.
The food can be bland and salty. They often run out of drinks on their menu. And the wine is cheap even though the prices are high. A few sips or red wine gave me a massive headache.
The portions are small and the food is over priced.
The hummus fries are bland and dry. The fries were undercooked, salty, and tasted funny, and the 3 dipping sauces were bland - 1 was ketchup and the other 2 were indistinguishable. The sides are so tiny and they cut up the veg so small. The kale beet salad had very little beets - again tiny pieces - and canned orange slices.
