I have a love hate relationship with Village Taverna. I actually really enjoy the food especially dishes like the grilled octopus, the lamb shank with orzo, gyro plate and the list goes on. What I have mixed feelings about is their customer service in which I’ve had mixed experiences. The wait staff is very friendly, but I’ve had issues with my bill before. My worst experience has been with whoever handles their delivery. I had placed an order only to have it come 2.5 hours later—missing part of the order. When I called, I didn’t get an apology and was initially brushed off until I got more and more stern. I’d recommend trying this place at least but don’t come with expectations about the service.
