Time Out says

Denim obsessives who are always looking for the next It jeans have another place to splurge: (3x1) creates entirely limited-edition styles that are sewn right in the store. Designer Scott Morrison, who previously launched Paper Denim & Cloth and Earnest Sewn, fills the large, gallery-like space with a variety of (3x1) guys’ jeans ($350–$495) and ladies’ dungarees ($265–$495), shorts ($265–$495) and skirts ($265–$495). Watch the construction process happen in a glass-walled design studio, positioned in the middle of the boutique. You can request that the team build you custom pieces, such as women’s high-rise short shorts with front-flap pockets ($265–$295), raw selvage denim miniskirts ($265–$295), ladies’ skinny jeans ($295–$495) or guys’ straight-leg jeans ($350–$495). Pick a premade pair of jeans off the rack ($265–$495) or get creative by choosing a style, the denim, buttons and zippers ($525–$775). You can even go bespoke and design your very own pair from the ground up (starting at $1,200).
