The first Vinothérapie outpost in the U.S., this spa harnesses the antioxidant power of grapes and vine leaves. The 8,000-square-foot facility in the Plaza offers such treatments as a Red Vine bath ($75)—in one of its cherrywood "barrel" tubs. In the wine lounge, relax with artisanal tipples from its French vineyard, cheeses and foie gras.
