The Los Angeles denim brand opens its third NYC location (the others are in the Meatpacking District and the Lower East Side) in collaboration with the environmentally conscious designers from vintage home brand WRK Design (wrkdesign.com). The rustic space, set in a 19th-century schoolhouse, is a fitting backdrop for Earnest Sewn’s timeless collection of denim and apparel ($40–$140, normally $165–$230) for men and women, alongside unique WRK knickknacks and home decor ($50–$2,000). The California-made threads are from current and past seasons, but you’ll snag them straight from the factory at up to 70 percent off. Both sexes can score colorful denim ($99), woven knit sweaters ($40–$45) and cotton tees ($25), as well as WRK vintage stamps ($20–$30), silver candelabras ($55) and diner barstools ($115).
