Where is the customer service and cheery greeting!? I was in the Harlem 125th St store and asked the sales woman to show me a Versace tank, She said" It's for men". I asked her if she knew who i was shopping for. She was quiet. I then asked her to show me the shades with studs. "They all have studs " she replied. Did the girl want to make a sale? I wonder if they get customer service training. WHo wants to plop down $270 for sunglasses that a girl doesn't even want to hand you? Today , I stopped by and asked the extra large door man/ security guard who the manager is. He asked me who I am? Is that the correct response? I then called the store from my cell phone and the woman who answered refused to give me the name of the store manager. "We don't give that information out, sweetheart" she said. Is this how we address potential customers; to say nothing of the fact that I am old enough to be her mother! If you want to be disrespected and pay lots of money to do it, please shop at La Scala!

La Scala NYC, sounds fancy right? Located in the heart of Harlem and also other locations such as Englewood, NJ,, La Scala NYC is a luxury clothing boutique. Selling the top designers like Gianni Versace, and Salvatore Ferragamo. You walk in and youre taken aback by the beautiful chandelier and the top designers clothes and shoes, and even bags, and jewelry. But then you get profiled, the sale{girls} because I've only saw girls work there, not just any girls, but young girls, young, beautiful girls to keep the buyer distracted. They profile you, watch you closely in the store, determine in  their mind if you have the money to spend or not, if they feel you have the money, then they give you customer service, if they know you're window shopping , they don't budge to help you. La Scala has been around for over a decade but what bothers me is, how come they've been so successful with their business? Because they're cheats, they reel you in, make you believe you need that $400 dollar Versace t-shirt and you buy it, walking out feeling like you're important , apart of high class society. instead you're a fool, La Scala is secretly known for their CHEATING,, or shall I say "raping of your pockets",, this is not a legit boutique. They make a living off of taking advantage of the customers, and the workers. Hiring these young, vulnerable women, exploiting them, not sexually, but mentally, emotionally, even financially, by underpaying them. I would not recommend this place because the foundation of their business is GREED. Liars, scammers, and cheats. Just take a look at the owners and it should give a clear representation. La Scala, home of the Versace, where we rape your pockets, and talk about how broke you are when you leave. LOL.... take heed to what has been said. if you're curious, go see for yourself;) Celebrities shop there, but only a select few, these select few are the ones that aren't as successful, or has "fallen-off" in their career,, but you would'nt catch Brad Pitt, Nicki Minaj, Even Jay-Z for that matter shopping in their boutique. So they may give the impression there business is HOTSHIT, but that's only because they've built a clientele based off lies,, and majority of these clientele are young drug dealers that feel important and rich because they can walk in and pay for some MCM or Versace,, not knowing they're being cheated because they're young fools that allow the pretty little sales girls, and The owners wife who loves to wear her merchandise to flaunt it, get in their head. I've seen it with my OWN eyes. I would not recommend this boutique, for all we know where are they getting this Versace from?? If you want the real deal , I recommend going to the source exactly. I don't see Luis Vuitton in the store?? I wonder why? Before you spend a lump some of money on expensive property, you need to be able to verify the source, with that being said, Enjoy.
