This Prohibition-themed luxury spa is the newest addition to the Underground, Le Parker Meridien hotel’s basement-level beauty sanctuary (it joins the recently opened blowout salon Drybar and Gravity Fitness gym). Moonshine’s rustic-chic lobby features worn-wood floors, compressed-mud walls, cozy fur throws and vintage Louis Vuitton trunks. Knock back a complimentary shot of the namesake spirit before heading into one of the six candlelit treatment rooms, named after 1920s cocktails such as the Rusty Nail and the sidecar. The simple spa menu is limited to just massages and facials (60 mins, $120; 90 mins, $180), which incorporate Tata Harper organic products and can be tailored to target problem areas, such as tense lower backs or acne-prone skin. Cap off your service with a steam or sauna in the locker rooms.
