  • I got my first-ever hot stone massage, a 60-minute one, on my first visit to SKN Spa recently, and was so impressed with the service. He used hot stones to dug into the sore parts of my back, shoulders, neck and legs, telling me which spots felt tight as well as what to expect the next day. There was a moment or two when I wasn't sure I could take the heat, and was about to ask him to take the stones away, but I kept them there and am so glad I did. The heat was intense and effective. I walked out feeling extremely energetic and walked 15 blocks home while enjoying the beautiful day. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and high-quality service. I will definitely be back.

  • I had the best facial in years - my skin felt amazing after and the results were lasting even after weeks. The facial itself was so relaxing, she did an amazing job incorporating massage. Sophia had one of the best attitudes... she didn't push products, she was positive and didn't berate you for not moisturizing/exfoliating/whatever it was enough, like they do at some spas I've been to. If you're looking for a swanky experience with champagne and a sauna, then this isn't really it... it is, however, wholesome, fresh, and incredibly relaxing! I always love to go to little small cozy places which doesn't have any corporate feel to it. Skn spa is one such place. Luv the place :)

  • I saw Ryan for a 60-minute massage the other day. I was run quite ragged and finally just picked a massage place to give a shot. I found SKN SPA in my neighborhood. It was one of the best massages of my life -- maybe the best. He is detail-oriented, strong and knowledgeable about muscle anatomy. I needed a deep tissue massage. I am still a little sore the second day after this massage from all the work. But I will be back. I love to get massages, but I don't like when I pay for a massage and it's just okay. I have a feeling that Ryan will not ever disappoint, so I think I'll be changing my routine to allow for regular massages. I can feel myself getting healthier already.

Why I heart SKN Spa: * The deco is amazing. * Massage that made me feel like I was literally floating. * Dreamy aromatherapy. * Intensely exfoliating and healing treatments. * Relaxing, professional atmosphere. * Post-facial thank you email is sweet. Thanks a million Fairy. You are the best!

  • Great place...very relaxing, tranquil, and happy to accommodate. They were able to sneak in a few services for me last-minute and with my tight schedule. Well-priced, especially for the ambience and location. I'll be returning there.
