The Bikram Yoga class, which is the only kind offered at this studio, consists of 26 Bikram poses (almost all of them are done twice, and none are held for very long) in a heated studio. The fact that the instructor delivers clear, detailed instructions at a rapid-fire pace, and cheers you on through the extra-tough parts, makes the class surprisingly manageable.
