While Team USA set their sights to the top of the podium, supporters in NYC showed solidarity at Eventi's Opening Ceremonies party for the London 2012 Olympic Games. The absence of a pool and Buckingham Palace, didn't stop gold flecked swimmers, Beefeaters and even a spry looking Queen Elizabeth (we thought she was parachuting into the stadium with Daniel Craig) swung by to watching Danny Boyle's kick-off spectacular on an outdoor big screen. Others staged their own games at an arcade with foosball and air hockey.
