Blood on the Veil is a compelling and entertaining show – a must see! It flows so well, interspersing dance with storytelling. Carol Tandava courageously shares her story of her body image over the years and the sacredness of belly dancing as a way to connect with her spirit, ultimately leading her to have a profound love and appreciation of her body. I learned so much about belly dancing, and it's done in such an entertaining way – Tandava offers us tantalizing glimpses of her adventures in foreign lands and recounts experiences with those who have inspired her. Beautifully done, I highly recommend it.

Loved it! It touched on something I am really interested in body acceptance and belly dance. My husband loved it as well. It was also funny, educational, and definitely entertaining!

I saw a very early version of Blood on the Veil and it was powerful, wonderful, funny and well written. Can't wait to see it now!
