WOW Café Theatre

This giant-by-our-standards 1,400-square-foot loft is the home of WOW, a womancentric, queer-friendly producing organization that has been programming a heavy rotation of solo shows, transgender burlesque and other experimental pieces since 1980. Split Britches did some of its (forgive the term) seminal work here, and almost every evening you can find some scrappy new work by a local female artist grabbing the space by the…ovaries.
