Manhattan Ave & Eagle St #2L

Three bedroom in Greenpoint for $3,300/month ($1,100 per person)

Sitting pretty in the northern regions of Brooklyn on a tree-lined street is this airy Greenpoint spot. While the pictures of the kitchen might not look completely finished, you can rest-assured that’s because it’s been recently updated. Features like a dishwasher and built-in air conditioning will make you the envy of the neighborhood, while the living room and kitchen placement in the middle of the apartment ensure privacy in a true three bedroom. The apartment is a bit further away from the nightlife scene is Williamsburg, but the restaurants nearby are nothing to sneeze at, and the 7 train in Long Island City is totally walkable (and bikeable) from your building’s front step.

97 Greene Avenue #1R

Three bedroom in Clinton Hill for $3,000/month ($1,000 per person)

Cute, quaint and in-budget this apartment is a great fit for those looking for a place in one of Brooklyn’s more happening neighborhoods. Though the apartment doesn’t have many windows in the living and kitchen area, it still achieves a brightness with white walls, french doors and light floors. The bedrooms appear to be big enough to fit a full size bed and the apartment’s location on Green Avenue is near a plethora of subway options that can get you into Manhattan fast.

Seventh Ave at 7th St #2

Four bedroom in Park Slope for $3,800/month ($950 per person)

Did you think there was no way you’d be able to afford a place in Park Slope? Well this spot has your solution. Sure, it’s really a three bedroom convertible to four bedroom (get out those DIY skills, now) and at least one of the already existing bedrooms looks to be the size of Harry Potter’s cupboard, but you’ll be in Park Slope for less than a grand a month! Furthermore, what you lose in space the apartment more than makes up for with a beautiful brick fireplace, french doors, an updated kitchen and closets galore. There’s even an in-building washer/dryer!
