Afro-Latino Festival

Join in on this celebration of African heritage in Latino and Caribbean countries. The event features screenings, talks, art installations and three days’ worth of music from rap, hip-hop, salsa and electronic artists. Friday July 13's AfroLatin Talks Conference packs a day with dialogue on race, identity and culture; Saturday July 14's Liberación Film & Wine Festival boasts features from over ten countries; and Sunday July 15 brings performers including  Amara La Negra, Tribu de Abrante, Profetas, Latasha Alcindor and others to the Well.
