Brooklyn Brain Jam

The second annual nerd gathering is a full day packed with brainy VHS clips, multimedia pop-culture musings and no-brainer game-show trivia (so don’t worry about studying your encyclopedia beforehand). Hosts include the Big Quiz Thing, Kevin Geeks Out and Nerd Nite, plus the debut of the Sci-Fi Spelling Bee with comedian Saad Sarwana. DUB Pies' food truck provides the sweet-and-savory sustenance and beer is available from the Littlefield bar. Don’t miss the “dry T-shirt” contest later in the evening. Yes, you read right—this is a festival for geeks, after all.
