If you go to their company website - whether you're looking for a job in fashion or whether you are seeking to staff, no further explanation is needed. I feel strongly that particularly in this day and age, if your online presence doesn't impress, the company doesn't impress. Yes the bottom line is results - - but for awards in excellence I'm surprised at your fashion choices and the fact that you skipped this one.
