Passing out at a baseball stadium used to be an activity reserved exclusively for drunk uncles; nowadays, you can actually sign up to do it! Citi Field and the Mets are offering fans a really cool experience with their Citi Field Sleepover. You’ll get to watch a live-stream of the Mets as they play an away game in San Diego against the Padres, eat a specially prepared dinner, sleep on the field under the stars (tents are permitted in the infield) and wake up to a buffet breakfast. Attendees can even score a free commemorative pillow specially designed for the event and meet Mr. and Mrs. Met, the beloved baseball-headed mascots that call Citi Field their home. Ticket prices for the sleepover may be a little steep, but consider the fact that you’re getting the chance to say you slept on the field of a major-league baseball stadium, as many sausage links as you can cram into your face and 15 hours of fun.
