Relive the past 40 years of laughs and pop-culture history from "Land Shark" to "Dick in a Box" with this film documenting one of Gotham's most beloved institutions Saturday Night Live. Originally shown at the Tribeca Film Festival last spring, the movie captures the early, experimental years of the comedy powerhouse as well as the decades of impersonations, political commentary and sketches that followed. This screening is part of the Nitehawk Cinema and Tribeca Film Institute Summer Documentary Series.
