This New York Spring Spectacular Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) gives the Sweepstakes entrants the opportunity to win round trip airfare, hotel (2 nights/1 room), transportation to/from airport, two (2) New York Spring Spectacular tickets, a post-show meet-and-greet with Rockettes, a voucher for two (2) people for the Grand Central Terminal VIP Tour, and a Chase gift bag. The details of the Prize (as defined below) and how to enter the Sweepstakes are contained in these official Sweepstakes rules (“Official Rules”).
To Enter
You can enter the Sweepstakes online. During the Promotion Period (as defined below), go to the Sweepstakes page at http://www.timeout.com/newyork/things-to-do/new-york-spring-spectacular-sweepstakes and complete the online entry by entering true and correct information in all of the fields, click to submit, and you will automatically receive one entry in the Sweepstakes. Electronic entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to a particular e-mail address by the applicable Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor (as defined below) with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address. More than one (1) entry from any person or from any e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address, as applicable. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once with multiple email accounts may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor upon verification of the potential winner.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants will automatically be enrolled to receive emails from Sponsor and MSG (as defined below). Any information you provide shall be used: (i) by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy which can be viewed at http://www.timeout.com/newyork/privacy-policy and (ii) by MSG in accordance with MSG’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.thegarden.com/global/privacy.html. You can opt-out of receiving emails from Sponsor and/or MSG at any time by following the directions provided in the email.
Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, delayed, stolen or misdirected Sweepstakes entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the processing of Sweepstakes entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without registering to receive promotional e-mails from Sponsor and MSG, send a 3x5 card with your full name, e-mail address & phone number to “New York Spring Spectacular Sweepstakes”, Time Out, 475 Tenth Avenue, 12th floor, New York, NY 10018. Mail-in entries must be received by March 26, 2015 in order to be eligible.
Timing
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 5, 2015, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 20, 2015 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received prior to or after the Promotion Period are disqualified, except for mail-in entries, which must be received by March 26, 2015.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous states in the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families (including any parent, child, spouse, domestic partner or sibling and their respective spouses or domestic partners, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Time Out (“Sponsor”), MSG Holdings, L.P. (“MSG”) and collectively with Sponsor, “Promotional Partners”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.
Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and to be contacted by email and/or telephone by Sponsor.
Selection of Potential Winner
One (1) potential winner will be determined by a random drawing to be conducted by Sponsor on or about March 26, 2015, from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions as to all matters related to administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of the potential winner is final. The potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner from the drawing will be notified by email on or about March 27, 2015. If the potential winner does not respond within 3 days of the date of notification or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected in his or her place at random from all remaining eligible entries received. If three (3) alternate potential winners are selected without successfully securing an eligible winner, the Prize (as defined below) may go unawarded. Potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity (unless prohibited) Release within seven (7) days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline or otherwise comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize and, at Sponsor’s discretion, selection of an alternative winner.
Prize
The Sweepstakes winner (the "Sweepstakes Winner" or "Winner") will be awarded one prize (the “Prize”) consisting of:
•Round trip coach class air transportation on Delta Airlines from a major U.S. airport nearest Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to New York City (or ground transportation if Winner lives within 150 miles of New York City);
•Hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one (1) standard room, double occupancy);
•Round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel;
•Two (2) tickets to the New York Spring Spectacular;
•A post-show meet & greet with Rockettes (exact number of Rockettes at meet-and-greet and all details of meet-and-greet to be determined by MSG);
•A voucher for two (2) people for the Grand Central Terminal VIP Tour (subject to availability; Winner is responsible for booking tour);
•Four (4) $25 gift cards to the Metropolitan Museum of Art Store; and
•A Chase gift bag valued at $100 for the Winner only, the contents of which shall be determined by Chase.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,505. If actual value of Prize is lower than the stated ARV, any difference in the value will not be awarded. Blackout dates and other travel restrictions may apply.
The Prize is subject to the following material conditions and restrictions:
Tickets, vouchers and gift certificates are subject to terms and conditions specified by issuer. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable portion of Prize. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Winner and guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID) in order to travel. Dates of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations but trip must be taken on dates specified by the Promotional Partners or Prize will be forfeited and Promotional Partners will have no further obligation to Winner. Travel must be round trip. Airline transportation is awarded as a Delta voucher that must be redeemed within one (1) year of the date of issuance of such Delta voucher or such portion of the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the Sweepstakes Winner. Sweepstakes Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visa (as applicable). Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of Winner, and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If a guest is the child or legal ward of the Sweepstakes Winner, such winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. In the event Winner lives within a 150-mile radius of New York, NY, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of the Prize. Promotional Partners will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or gift certificates or for travel vouchers or certificates. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. In the event the New York Spring Spectacular and/or the Rockettes meet & greet is cancelled for reasons outside of Promotional Partners’ control, that portion of the Prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation or make goods will be provided; however, remainder of Prize package will be awarded and Promotional Partners will have no further obligation to Winner. Unless child of Winner, the Winner’s guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. Guest may be required to execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. NO CASH OR SUBSTITUTIONS ARE PERMITTED, EXCEPT BY SPONSOR, WHO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THE PRIZE (OR PORTION THEREOF) WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. All federal, state and local taxes related to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Winner. All expenses and costs associated with Prize acceptance and use not expressly listed in the Prize description above as being provided, including but not limited to, additional food and beverages, gratuities, additional travel, entertainment, ground transportation, and applicable taxes (including any income taxes on the value of the Prize), are the Sweepstakes Winner’s sole responsibility. No transfer of the Prize is permitted. If for any reason Winner is unable to use Prize within the time specified, the Prize will be forfeited and Promotional Partners will have no further obligation to Winner. Time Out does not endorse or make any representation about the Prize or quality of the services that are part of the Prize. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, and participants in the Sweepstakes hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of New York courts (state and federal) for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes. Each participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Neither the Promotional Partners nor the entrants will have the right to participate in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or other persons similarly situated, or as member of any class of claimants, pertaining to any claim. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the United States as set forth in these official rules and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry.
Except where prohibited by law, the Winner and guest grant to the Promotional Partners and their respective agencies the right to use and publish their photos, proper names, likenesses, voices, opinions, biographical information and city and state of residence, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, in any manner, to promote Sponsor, MSG, and the Sweepstakes, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, MSG, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the offer to enter, entrant’s participation, and/or the receipt or use and/or misuse of the Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize in a random drawing from all non-suspect, eligible entries received before the time of cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEMDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Results will be available after April 3, 2015. Requests for results must be received by June 3, 2015.
